montford renovation gallery

This project was a complete renovation of an historic Montford home. The house was reconfigured to create a new flowing and family-friendly space. All new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems were installed. Many historic details were recreated and paired with new high-end finishes. The addition of a pool and carriage house completed the transformation of this Montford gem. This project is an excellent example of converting an old home to an updated estate, complete with modern amenities, while conforming to the Historic District requirements.
