Newbridge Apartments delivers thoughtfully planned multifamily residences in the growing mountain community of Woodfin, North Carolina. Located just ten minutes north of Asheville, this 305-unit development spans ten buildings and reflects Griffin’s intentional approach to large-scale multifamily construction.

Griffin managed every phase of the project, from assembling the design team and securing entitlements to overseeing civil and vertical construction.
