dolly llama gallery

Creating the Dolly Llama in desirable Biltmore Park involved the demolition and reconstruction of a previous tenant space. The project required new plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and sprinkler systems installation. The challenge was to take a narrow and dark space and convert it to a family friendly gathering space to enjoy delicious ice cream and waffle cones. The final product is bright and fun space to grab a tasty treat.
